When you see the Zydeco Crawdaddys, you are witnessing over 200 years of musical history.  The Crawdaddys are grizzled veterans of the local music scene, and some have even traveled with regional and national acts.  Each Crawdaddy is involved with a 'side project', ranging from Americana Roots to Blues and Jazz.  Whenever a member can't make a gig, we just nab one of our former band mates to fill the spot, because once a Crawdaddy...
